Karen Rhea McIntosh, 57, of Paducah passed away on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah. Ms. McIntosh was a former waitress and caregiver. She was also a member of Southland Baptist Temple.

Surviving are two sons, James Aaron McIntosh and Anthony (Jeri) McIntosh both of Paducah; two brothers, Mark Mayo and Kelly Mayo both of Paducah; and two grandsons, Aden McIntosh and Maddox McIntosh both of Paducah. She was preceded in death by one brother, Teddy Mayo; and one sister, Sharon Hayden. Her parents were Wiley Rhea Mayo and Joyce Purvis Mayo.
