Katharine Aslee Campbell, age 85 of Jacksboro departed this life Sunday, April 29, 2018. She was a member of the Church of God. Katharine loved going to church, going to the mountains, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by husband Chester Campbell; son Charles Campbell; parents Theodore and Dora (Starrett) Hopkins; brothers Daniel Hopkins and Theodore Hopkins; sisters Lillie Hopkins, Erma Hopkins, Lissie Johnson, and Nellie Ogel. She is survived by daughter Gloria Ann Prim & husband Preston of Jacksboro; brother Samuel Hopkins & wife Jan of Knoxville; 5 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be 5-7 PM Thursday, May 3, 2018 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home followed by funeral service with Rev.
Leroy Braden and Chaplin James Dunn officiating. Friends and family will meet 10 AM Friday, May 4, 2018 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home to go in procession to Peabody cemetery for interment. .
