Obituary for Kathleen M. Kurchak Kathleen M. Kurchak (Klumpp) age 69, a resident of Eastlake for 42 years and a member of St. Justin Martyr Parish, died November 23 of complications of breast cancer. The onset, she believed, due to hormone replacement therapy. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Michael J., son Michael E. (Dawn), daughter Anna (Will Hanisch), and grandsons Michael and Thomas.

She was a loving wife, a nurturing mother, grandmother, and conscientious medical technologist. Born and raised in Michigan, the eldest daughter in a loving family of 12 children. She was preceded in death by her father Edward H. Klumpp, mother Jeanette (Turmell), and brothers Kenneth and Robert.
