Kathleen’s Obituary (Nee Crowley) Of Brookfield, WI was Born Oct. 10, 1944 and born to eternal life on Jan. 12, 2019, age 74, after a brief battle with cancer.

She is survived by her beloved children Scott (Esther) and Susan (Vince) McCaffrey, grandchildren Callahan, Molly, Katherine, and Megan McCaffrey, and brother Robert Crowley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Curt, and parents, Pearl and Edward Crowley. Kathleen was born and raised in Chicago, where she graduated from Immaculata High School in 1962.

While on a blind date, she met Curtis French and they married Oct. 1, 1966 and were married nearly 40 years. Kathleen lived in Brookfield for over 30 years, but always missed her home of Chicago.

She deeply loved her children and grandchildren, who were her greatest accomplishments, and gave her great joy. For many years, Kathleen suffered from mental illness, but that mental illness never stole her family’s love for her or her love for them. Private Services were held for the family.
