During her early childhood years she relocated to Florida where she spent most of her life before moving to Tennessee where she lived out the remainder of her life.

Kathryn is survived by her mother Linda Vollmer, her 3 children Brian Gray(Jesila), Candace Gray and Linda Overby(Marcus), the love of her life Gary Chapman and her 2 step children Roxana Cesario and Samuel Chapman, 17 grandchildren Derrick,Demario, Daniel,Elijah,Kayla,Erick, Shaniah, Aiyana, Marcus, Trey, Jayce, Alyssa,Kailey, Sofia, Maddysan, Samuel and Mathew, 1 great grandson Jaiden, 2 brothers Michael Overby and Mark Overby, 1 sister Debra Bradfield, 5 nephews David Carter, James Carter, Matthew Overby, Corey Overby, and Brandon Overby, 2 neices Ryan Carter and Misty Overby, among a host of great neices and nephews, loved ones and friends.
