Frankfort – Kathy Lancaster, 60, wife of Gary Wayne Lancaster, passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2018. She was born in Winchester on August 15, 1957 to the late Sherman and Lucy Bell Townsend. She was a homemaker and a beloved mamaw.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Amy Kay Lancaster (Brent) Robinette, Richmond; her sons, Gary Lancaster II, Bobby Ray (Samantha) Lancaster, Jonathan (Kristian) Lancaster, all of Frankfort; her sister, Patsy Townsend, Georgetown; her… Read More » brothers, Bobby Lee (Wanda) Townsend, and David (Marie) Townsend, Somerset; her grandchildren, Melissa, Cody, Johnny, Chelsie, Dakota, Tabitha, Gary III, Zacary, Charles, Corbin, David, Waylon, Rachel, Tyler, Timmy, Kaylee, Wyatt, and Kennedy; and her great grandchildren, Natalie, Carmon, Zoey, and Paisley. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Joseph; and her siblings, Ronnie Townsend, Charles Ray Townsend, and Mary Ann McKinney. Funeral service will be held at 6:00pm on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd.

Visitation will be held from 4:00pm until 6:00pm on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors.
