Obituary for Katina Joyce “Teen” “Tina” Samples SAMPLES, Ms. Katina Joyce “Teen” “Tina” – age 66, passed away Tuesday November 27, 2018 at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital. Family hour 10:00AM Friday, December 7, 2018 at First Baptist World Changers International Ministries, 22575 West Eight Mile Rd. with funeral services commencing immediately at 11:00AM.

Apostle Lennell Caldwell, Senior Pastor, Officiating. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery, 216 University Dr. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the church at 10:00AM. Ms. Samples will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 268 N. Perry Street, and may be viewed from 3:00-8:00PM Friday.

Ms. Samples leaves to cherish her memory: son, Theodore Gibson; grandchildren, Brianna Samples, Brittany Samples, De’Angelo Samples, Carrington Alexander, JaMia, Jailyn and Kiara Dinkins and Ethan Gibson; siblings, Datonya Green, Karen Samples and Cheryl Robinson; very special friends, Kathleen, Mary, Marcia, Janine, Janet and Beverly and other relatives and friends. Ms. Samples was preceded in death by her daughter, LaShauna Alexander; parents, Clara M and Mansfield C. Samples; brother, Paul Samples and cousin, Pierre Samples.
