Kaycie Marie Mezzanotte, the infant daughter of Nick Mezzanotte and Taylor Combs, returned back to God to become an angel after spending five weeks here on earth with her parents at her side on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at WVU Medicine Children’s in Morgantown. Kaycie Marie was born May 5, 2018 in Morgantown. Left to cherish her memory in addition to her parents are her siblings Katie & Kaylie; grandparents Sherrie & Robbie Combs and Marc Mezzanotte; great-grandparents Sharon & James Farley and Norris G. Combs; and her aunts and uncles Amanda & Tony Holt, Carly & Matt Bowles and Jennifer Eads.

She was preceded in death by her grandmothers Kimberly Mezzanotte and Johanna Combs, and her great-grandmother Patricia Combs. The family’s request for cremation has been honored. Professional services were provided to the family with the guidance of Smith Funeral & Cremation Care, 108 Holland Ave.
