Obituary for Kaye Spencer Peeler Kaye Spencer Peeler, 73, of Pacolet, SC, died Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born April 18, 1945, in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late James Grady Spencer and Margaret Pierce Spencer Martin. Kaye was a member and very active at Pacolet First Baptist Church and retired from Spartanburg Medical Center.

Survivors include her son, Lance Jernigan (Shannon) of Greer, SC; grandchildren, Gabby Jernigan, Brock Jernigan, Lauren Hotek, and Emily Hotek; and sister, Linda Wyatt (Edward) of Pacolet, SC. A memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 PM Saturday, December 29, 2018, at Pacolet First Baptist Church, 310 W. Main St., Pacolet, SC 29372, by The Rev. Tom Sparks and The Rev.

Joel Gardner. The family will receive friends at a reception following the service in the church Fellowship Hall. The family is at their respective homes.
