Kelly Lee Clark, 53, of Stout, Ohio died Wednesday October 17, 2018 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, Ohio. He was born December 27, 1964 in Portsmouth, a son of the late William Monroe Clark, he is survived by his mother Betty Jean (Cooper) Clark. He was a former employee of Krogers.
