Son of Kenneth E. and the late Nancy (Etzel) Nobbs; brother of Richard (Kathy) Nobbs, Pamela Gilbert and the late Jeffrey and Michael Nobbs; uncle of Jeff, Mike, Brandon, Michelle (Seth), and Scott; great-uncle of Lylah Friends received Tuesday 2-8 p.m. at Schellhaas Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 388 Center Ave. , West View, PA 15229, where a service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers family suggests donations to Animal Friends, 562 Camp Horne Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
