Kenneth Guy Parks, Sr., 78 of Council Bluffs passed away October 17, 2018 at the VA Hospital in Omaha. He was born January 15, 1940 to Mae Hogue and Irvin Sarr who preceded him in death. He was also preceded by his daughter Barbara Hollinger and granddaughter Amber Lynn Parks.
