Kenneth P. Fox II, 82 of Bellevue passed away Saturday May 4, 2019 at First Community Village, Columbus. He was born June 14, 1936 in Bellevue the son of the late Kenneth P. Fox, I and Audrey (Fowler) Fox. Ken was a long time attorney in Bellevue and followed in his father’s footsteps as Bellevue Municipal Court Judge for 24 years.

He graduated from Bellevue High School and earned his undergraduate degree at OSU and then graduated from Marshal Law School in Cleveland. He was an active member of the community and a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Bellevue Eagles, Elks, VFW, and The Oriole Club in Sandusky. As an avid OSU fan and alumni he was proud to be a member of The Varsity “O” Club.

Ken was a summer resident of Put-In-Bay form many years. He married Diane (Mobley) Fox March 30, 1963 in Parma. She preceded him in death in 2018.

Survivors include his son, Kenneth P. Fox III, daughter, Tiffany (Dan) Lhota of Columbus and beloved grandchildren, Jack, William, Ellen, and George Lhota. In addition to his parents and his wife he was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia (Fox) Cochran. Friends will be received Thursday, May 9, 2019 from 5:00 pm until a memorial service begins at 7:00 pm at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.
