Kitty Sue West November 11, 1947 – February 06, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Kitty Sue West, 71 of Chesapeake, OH passed away on February 6, 2019 at UK Hospital in Lexington, KY. She was born November 11, 1947 in Wadsworth, OH; a daughter of Charles Willard Bowen and Dorothy Lynn Foster. Kitty was well known for making placemats advertising for companies.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leon West; and her brothers, Larry Bowen and Dallas Bowen. Kitty is survived by her sister, Robin Roberts (Wesley) and her brother, Charles Bowen; her best friend, Joyce Blazer; her nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Ceredo-Kenova Funeral Home is assisting the family and she will be cremated by Tri-State Cremation Society.
