OBITUARY Kristina Diane Hendrixsmith December 7, 1964 – September 20, 2018 Kristina was born December 7, 1964 in Cushing, Oklahoma to Otto Carl Wolff and Shirley Belle (Boland) Wolff. She passed away September 20, 2018. Kristina was a Registered Nurse with a strong work ethic.

She was driven to help people heal, be it physically or emotionally. Her family remembers her as caring, smart, and having the most beautiful smile. Her hobbies included embroidery work and fostering kittens.

Kristina also enjoyed taking day trips with her husband around the state of Oklahoma. Kristina is preceded in death by her parents, Otto and Shirley Belle Wolff. She is survived by her husband, Larry Smith; her daughter with fiancé, Jennifer Holsey and Sean Clancey; stepson, Scott Gibbons; stepson, Allen Smith, stepson, Adam Smith; step-grandson, Austin Gibbons; brother, Jack Wolff; nephew, Joshua Wolff; nephew, Adam Wolff; niece, Jackelyn Wolff; and niece, Jennifer Wolff.

A graveside service for Kristina will be held at 2:00P.M., Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Kendrick Cemetery in Kendrick, Oklahoma.
