Krystyna Lawina was called safely home to our Lord on July 21, 2018 at East Village Place surrounded by the memories she loved the most. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Michael in 2009. As a devout catholic, she was a long time parishioner of St. Mary’s in Hampden until her move to East Longmeadow.

She will be dearly missed by her nephew Andrzej Pera and wife Luba of Poland and several other family members. The family thanks the many friends from Hampden who over the past several years assisted Krystyna in staying in her home as long as possible, most especially the Wysocki family. They would also like to acknowledge the Hampden Senior Center for their support, and a special thank you to the staff at East Village Place for their tender care of Krystyna.

Her funeral Mass will be Friday, July 27, at 10:00 A.M. from St. Michael’s Church in East Longmeadow. You may stop at the church at 9:30 A.M. to pay your respects. Burial will follow at Old Cemetery in Hampden.
