Kurtis Hi Perry, 22, of Radcliff, KY passed away Friday, July 27, 2018 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Mr. Perry was a 2014 graduate of Hardin County High, Vine Grove, KY. He was preceded in death by his father, Shannon Perry; and a paternal grandfather, Paul Strange.

Survivors include: His mother, Paula Lambert & her husband, Justin of Radcliff, KY; one brother, William Perry; a step sister, Jamie Lambert; a maternal grandmother, Patty Schultz of Elizabethtown, KY; a paternal grandmother, Vivian Phillips & her husband, Charlie of Sonora, KY; a step grandmother, Debra Stange of Clarkson, KY; one aunt, Christel Grimes of Elizabethtown, KY; one uncle, Paul Strange, Jr. of Leitchfield, KY; and a host of family & friends. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 7:30 PM Monday at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. Funeral services for Mr. Perry will be held at 7:30 PM, Monday, July 30, 2018 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY with Pastor Paul Strange, Jr. officiating.

Cremation will follow the services.
