Obituary Kyla Ounnaraj, 70, of Rockford, passed away April 30, 2019 in his home. Born September 3, 1948 in Banh Na Pang Noi, Kong Xedone, Salavanh Provence, Laos; the son of Oune and Pung Ounnaraj. A giver at heart, Kyla was one of the founding members of the Lao Buddhist Community.

He was also the local community handy man, helping anyone in need. Kyla enjoyed fishing and anything outdoors.
