L. Tamazine Dyer, 79, passed away peacefully January 24, 2019 at Homestead II in Painesville. She was born January 12, 1940 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Edwin Forrest Saxman Jr. and Louise (Snively) Saxman. Tamazine was a graduate of Lake Erie College, Class of 1962.

She was the owner operator of Cleveland Gauge Company. She was also employed at Carlisle’s department store and Casement Aviation. One of her many achievements was learning to fly a plane.

She also enjoyed reading. Tamazine is survived by her sons, Duff Forrest (Julie) Dyer and Daner H. Dyer; grandchildren, Chase and Brennan Dyer; brother, Edwin Forrest Saxman III; and former husband, Colby (Margie) Dyer. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Private services will be held at a later date.
