Obituary of Lambert Sutkiewicz Lambert Jordan Sutkiewicz “Bert”, 91, of Waukesha, was born to eternal life on January 15, 2019. He was born in Chicago on March 17, 1927 to Lambert and Loretta Sutkiewicz (nee Yeromin). Lambert was a veteran of the US Army and a graduate of Lake Forest College.

He was the founder of Midwest Accounting. Lambert was successful in every aspect of his life. He married the love of his life, Jeannette Sutkiewicz (nee Prack), and was married for 51 years until her passing in 2008.

He was a dedicated and loving father to his 6 children: Lambert ”Jerry” (Faith) Sutkiewicz, Janis (Jim)Tyler, Sharon Erdmann, Frederick (Angela) Sutkiewicz, Linda Adams and Loretta (Peter) Tillema. He was adored by his 16 grandchildren and 13 ½ great grandchildren. They will miss his love, his humor and his distinct laugh.

Along with his children and great grandchildren, Lambert will be dearly missed by his 3 sisters, Leona Ponsi, Lorraine Ford and Sylvia Flynn. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. In addition to his wife, Lambert was preceded in death by his in-laws and best friends, John and Eleanore Nicka, as well as 2 grandchildren, Ryan and Grace Adams.

Despite humble beginnings, through dedication and sheer hard work, Lambert founded Midwest Accounting in 1967, a business which is still thriving to date. He was even successful in all of his pastimes. He was a gifted gardener, landscaper and rosarian.

His roses continually won awards. He loved fishing, reading, music, dancing, casino trips and baseball, especially the Milwaukee Brewers. The visitation for Lambert will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until the 10:30 a.m. funeral mass at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 2400 WI-59, Waukesha, WI 53189.

Burial will immediately follow at St. Paul Catholic Cemetery. Memorials can be directed to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
