Lana Kaye (Frey) Perry, beloved teacher, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, died on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at Ebeid Hospice in Sylvania, OH. Lana was born on July 1, 1949 in Sidney, OH to Edwin and Marjorie (Carpenter) Frey. She received her bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University and master’s degree from the University of Toledo, both in Special Education, and taught in Sylvania City Schools for over 30 years.
