He is survived by his wife, Margie Zimmerman; granddaughter “pardner” Sommer Bullard; parents, Donald and Jeanette Zimmerman; children, Shane Zimmerman, Erik Zimmerman (Kristie) and Gary Brown; sister, Donna Hudson (Ron) and brother, David Roy Zimmerman (Susan); and grandchildren, Koleigh Zimmerman and Evin Zimmerman. Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at Selma Funeral Home with Rev.

Michael B. “Rock” Smith officiating, Visitation will be prior to the service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in Pine View Memorial Gardens, in Wetumpka, Al. , with Selma Funeral Home directing, Pallbearers will be Tim Troha, Robert Malone, Robert Massey and Ronnie Harrell. Honorary Pallbearers are the nurses and doctors of U.A.B. Hospital.
