Obituary for Larry Earl Watson SUBLETTE – Larry Earl Watson, 76, died Tuesday, October 30, 2018, at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas. He was born December 17, 1941, to Opal Lucille (Bryan) and Earl William Watson in San Fernando, California. Larry served in the United States Air Force from 1958 until 1963.

He married Virginia Lee (Hull) and together they raised four children. He enjoyed camping, fishing and playing poker. Larry loved his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his son, Brian Watson of Basehor, Ks; daughters, Lynn Hernandez and husband Daniel of Wichita; Belinda Miller and husband Alan of Sublette, Melanie Russell of LaCrosse; ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; a brother, Dewayne Watson of Liberal, Ks. He is preceded in death by his his parents; a sister Earlene Leierer; brothers, Richard, Don, Maynard, and Charlie Watson Cremation was entrusted to Weeks Family Funeral Home & Crematory of Sublette, Kansas. The family will have a private service honoring their Dad.
