Larry’s Obituary Larry Roland Beasley, 79, of Grace, Idaho passed away peacefully at the Caribou Memorial Hospital surrounded by family on Monday, May 20, 2019. Larry was born on April 26, 1940 in Iola, Kansas the son of Leslie and Wilma Gregg Beasley. Larry was stationed in Berlin, Germany when he met the love of his life, Dagmar R. Pappert and they were married in 1959.

They returned to the States after serving in the U.S. Army. He and Dagmar raised their family in Denver, Colorado. He retired in 1996 after working several years as a boilermaker, steel worker and welder.

They moved to Grace, Idaho to be closer to family and then South to warmth and fishing in the winter, returning to Idaho in the summers. With several health issues and pain, he fought strong and hard until it was time to go home. Larry is survived by his wife Dagmar Beasley of Grace, ID, two daughters, Tina and Wayne Bredehoft of Grace, ID, Erika Alvarez of Grace, ID, and 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren and a brother and sister.

He was preceded in death by a son, Lester Beasley, his mother and father and a brother. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. He will be truly missed!

As he requested, he was cremated and a Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
