Larry K. Wilson, 75, of Ringgold died at his home on Thursday, January 10, 2019, following several months of declining health. Larry was born in Atlanta on March 26, 1943; he was the son of the late Ernest and Opal Tarpley Wilson. Larry loved jam sessions on his guitar with his friends; he was an avid fisherman.

He retired as an engineer from Norfolk Southern Railroad. Larry is survived by his children, Angie Moore and her husband, John, Steve Wilson and his wife, Deanna, Ken Vielhak, and Clint Wilson and his wife, Brandy; his grandchildren, Ryan, Ashley, Brett, Blake, Jennifer, Leanna, Faith, Ava, Marlee, and Sarah; his brother, Jerry Wilson; his ten great-grandchildren. To honor his wishes, Larry’s body was cremated.

A private memorial service will be planned at a later date. The family suggests that memorials be made to chhildrenincrisisFL.org. Friends may sign the online guest register at www.
