OBITUARY Lauren Nicole Thackeray August 25, 1997 – July 12, 2018 Lauren Nicole Thackeray, age 20, of Splendora, Texas passed away on Thursday July 12, 2018. Lauren was born August 25, 1997 in Humble, TX to Kelly Nicole Thackeray and Terry Jerome Thackeray. Lauren attended Splendora High School.

She enjoyed watching scary movies with her dad, roller coasters, the arts, animals. She was very strong willed and a friend to many. She held a very special bond with her older brother Terry.

Lauren will be most remembered for the love in heart for others the drive to get through any obstacle that came her way. Lauren is survived by; daughter April Joyce Thackeray; mother Kelly Nicole Thackeray and father Terry Jerome Thackeray; brother Terry Allen Thackeray; grandparents Mike and Vicki Rogers, Linda Keen, and Carrie Thackeray Van Horn and aunts & uncles Amanda Ward and her spouse Chet, Amber Whitworth and her spouse Mark, Alan Rogers and his spouse Louis Ray, David Thackeray and his spouse Sue and Ryan Thackeray. Lauren was preceded in death by her grandfather, Terry Thackeray.

A visitation for Lauren will be held Saturday, July 21, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with a celebration of life to follow at 11:00 a.m. at Brookside Funeral Home – Grand Chapel, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039.
