Laurie is the beloved wife of Jerry Johnson; loving daughter of Dallas and Patricia Ratledge; loving mother of Scott (Maggie) Wade, Kendra Eichbrecht, James (Lydia) Eichbrecht, Scott Johnson, Ann Marie (Terry) Montgomery and James (Amy) Johnson; dear sister of Christine (Al) Frushour, Brian (Susie) Ratledge and Karen (Ed) Sobolewski; loving grandmother of many; and soon to be great grandma for one on the way. Laurie will always be remembered for loving life and having a good time.

She loved reading, the beach, golf and singing karaoke. She also crocheted hats for the Children’s Hospital. She was a loving wife, daughter, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 10, 2019 at 1pm at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Lake Orion. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4 to 7pm and on Friday from 11am until the time of service. Interment Eastlawn Cemetery.
