Ms. Lavena Mae Clark age 86 of the Pea Ridge Community of Clay County, TN passed away on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at the Celina Health & Rehabilitation Center in Celina, TN. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, November 29, 2018 at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Williams Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday, November 29, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home.

Lavena is survived by her son, Jim Clark and fiancé, Debbie of the Pea Ridge Community of Clay County, TN; 1 sister, Grace Watson of Burkesville, KY; 1 granddaughter, Kelly Michelle Schraff and husband, Mike of Jacksonville, FL; 3 great-grandchildren, Alexis, Charlie and Tristan; 2 nieces, Susie Cross and Melissa Webb and 2 nephews, Eric Webb and Danny Watson as well as many other friends who mourn her passing.
