Lawrence “Burr” Morlock, 91 of Lemoyne, Ohio passed away Thursday, January 3, 2019 at his residence. He was born March 13, 1927 to Fred and Loretta (Lucas) Morlock in Lemoyne. He served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII and was in Germany and France upon the conclusion of the Armistices.

After returning state side, he married Shirley S. Lee at St. Rose Catholic Church in Perrysburg on May 20, 1950. Burr and Shirley raised two daughters and celebrated over 46 years of marriage before Shirley… Read More » passed away in November of 1996. He worked as a Blacksmith 33 years for C&O and now CSX Railroad before retiring in 1982.

Burr, was an avid Harley rider, and enjoyed antique cars. He enjoyed going square dancing with Shirley in his early years. He was a lifelong member of Saint Rose Catholic Church and always remained a proud Veteran.

Burr is survived by his daughters: Vicki and Lori, sister: Wilma, brother-in-law: Hal, and sister-in-law: Sharon. In addition to his wife Shirley, he was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Fred. Family and friends will be received 3-7 p.m., Monday, January 7, 2019 at the Marsh & Marsteller Funeral Home, 110 W. Main Street, Luckey.

OH. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at St. Rose Catholic Church, 215 E. Front Street, Perrysburg. Celebrant will be Fr.

George Wenzinger. Interment will be in Troy Township Cemetery, Luckey, OH. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials take the form of contributions to: The Troy-Webster American Legion Post #240.
