Obituary for Leanne D. Alvarnas FALL RIVER—Leanne D. Alvarnas, a life long resident of Fall River, passed away Saturday, December 22nd in the Charlton Memorial Hospital. She was the daughter of Patricia E. Otis and Gary Sylvia. Leanne is remembered for her giving nature, her passion for fishing and interior decorating, and her talent for crafts and painting.

She also spent countless hours on the Quequechan River Rail Trail. She is survived by four children, Malik Ogundare, Mekhi Parks, Toni Hill and Ton’iya Hill; and two sisters, Michelle Foley and Andrea Alvarnas. She was also the mother of the late Raina Toni Hill.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 29 at 2PM, in the Hathaway Home for Funerals, 1813 Robeson St., Fall River. Relatives and friends are invited to gather beginning at 1PM prior to the service. Other arrangements held privately.
