Obituary for Lee O. ton Lee O. ton Born on September 18, 1948 in Christopher, IL to the late Lee C. and Marylou (nee Burns) ton. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on October 18, 2018 at Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center, Joliet. Survived by his Beloved Wife of 45 years, Lana (nee Vineyard) ton; Proud Father of Michelle Lee (Dan) Harding and Mindy (James) Carver; Grandfather of Ashley, Danny and Abby Harding and “Papa” of Samantha Lee and Evan Carver; Dear Uncle of Christopher Lee (Carrie) King, Mark King and Tim ton; Great Uncle of Christian and Sebastian King, Jacob and Jonathan King.

Numerous Cousins and many Friends also Mourn his passing. Preceded in death by his Parents, His Sister, Catherine (the late Delbert) King; Two Brothers, Tom ton and Dale ton as well as many Aunts and Uncles. Lee was a graduate of Lockport High School Class of 1968.

Shortly after graduation Lee joined the United States Navy proudly serving his country from 1968 to 1972. He was wed to Lana Vineyard on June 16, 1973 and has been a long time resident of Channahon. A faithful member of Families of Faith Church, Channahon formerly known as First Baptist Church.

Lee retired from Mobil-Exxon Mobil after many years of serving in the Warehouse and on the Fire Brigade. He was also a Will County Auxillary Deputy, a member of the Coachman Car Club, the Morris Rod and Gun Club. A motorcycle enthusiast and the proud owner of a 105th Anniversary Harley.

Funeral Service for Lee O. ton will begin at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 26, 2018 at The Maple Funeral Home located at 24300 W. Ford Rd, Channahon. Interment Willard Grove Cemetery, Channahoh. Visitation Thursday, October 25, 2018 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
