Sister Leila Gray was born to Mr. Solomon and Mrs. Evelyn Seals on August 30, 1929. She was a longtime resident of Fairfield, Alabama. Leila graduated from Fairfield inter Urban High School.

She met and married the love of her life, Charles Gray, and one child was born to this union, Roderick Gray. Leila was preceded in death by her parents, Solomon and Evelyn Seals; a sister, Annette Duncan; and a brother, Johnny Averhart. She leaves to mourn and cherish her memory: her one and only son, Roderick Gray; two nieces, Linda Weeks and Brenda Palm; a host of relatives and a very special friend and neighbor, Alesia Jones.

I have fought a good fight and I have finished my course. I have kept my faith, so let me go. I have gone home to be with my Lord.

Amen. I will always love and miss you, but I pray you are in a better place with the Lord. I Love You Mom!
