Leilani Alice Edith Ferreira, 81 Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister and friend, Leilani Alice Edith Ferreira, 81, of Pinehurst, Idaho, passed away May 6, 2019 at Kootenai Health of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. She was born May 17, 1937 in Oakland, California; Leilani was the daughter of Herman and Alice Fiedler. On June 15, 1952 Leilani was united in marriage to Abraham Lincoln Ferrira.

Together they raised four children. Abraham passed away in 1994. Leilani was a very proud member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints of Pinehurst.

She also was a member of the Red Hat Ladies Society. In her free time Leilani enjoyed oil painting, knitting, crocheting and embroidering. Leilani is survived by her four children Deborah (Don) Harper, Abel V. (Kathy Jo) Ferreira, Pennie Ferreira and Kandie Ferreira; eleven grandchildren Abe, Josh, Leilani, Rebecca, Ben, Adam, Brooklyn, Caleb, Andrew, Hank and Philip.

She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; two brothers Jimmy Mistron and Vernon Mistron and several nieces and nephews. Leilani was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Abraham, two brother’s Sonny and Bobby; her grandson Adam and a great-granddaughter Abigail. A Celebration of Leilani’s Life will be held at a later date.
