Lenore Mae Strack May 27, 1930 – March 16, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Lenore Mae Strack, 88 of Normal, IL, formerly of Hellertown, PA, died peacefully on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 4:51 p.m. at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington. Her memorial service will be at 2:00 pm Saturday, March 23, 2019 at First Baptist Church of Bloomington with Pastor Brian Hastings officiating. No burial will be held at this time.

Visitation will be at First Baptist Church of Bloomington following the memorial service. Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorials in Lenore’s name may be made to First Baptist Church Youth Group for their yearly trip to Colorado.

Lenore was born on May 27, 1930 in Palmerton, PA, daughter of William “Bill” and Ester (Kern) Klotz. She graduated from SS Palmer High School in Palmerton, PA, Class of 1948. She married Paul E. Strack on January 14, 1956.

He preceded her in death along with her sister Ruth E. Rosenbuger (Klotz). Survivors include her three sons, Scott (Kathleen) Strack, Honolulu, Hi; Martin Strack, San Antonio; TX and Richard Strack, Tacoma WA; four granddaughters, Jessica Strack, Normal, IL; Rachel Strack, Chicago, IL; Lisa Strack, Normal, IL and Tiffany (Brady) Wiant, Shippenville, PA. Lenore was an active member of First Baptist Church of Bloomington.

She enjoyed playing cards, cheering on the Greenbay Packers, playing the Slots on her I-Pad and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all who loved her.
