Leo Leonard Hage passed away on the morning of January 8, 2019 at the age of 83 years. He was born in Lakefield, MN on July 31, 1935 to Albert and Helen Hage. Leo lived in Austin, MN until 1997 before settling in Bokeelia, FL for 20 beautiful years with Judy, his beloved wife of 26 years.

Judy and Leo moved to Marietta, GA in 2017 when Leo’s health became comprised. Leo attended school in Lakefield after which he went to work in Michigan. Leo was a member of the American Legion, VFW, and the Elks. He spent many years enjoying the Pine Island and Bokeelia Boat Club with his wife and many of their friends. Leo is survived by his wife, Judy Marzen Hage; daughters, Laurie Hage of San Juan, Costa Rica, Sally Hage of Long Meadow, MA , Kristin (Kurt) Hartman of Western Springs, IL , step children Russell (Emily) Marzen of Marietta, GA, Julie (Joe) Taets of Chicago, IL, Rebecca (Anthony) DiMarco of New York, NY, Randy (Debi) Marzen of Davenport, IA , Deno (Lynne) Marzen of Cedar Rapids, IA, Brenda (Doug) Dickel of Minneapolis, MN, and Eric (Laura) Marzen of Des Moines, IA, five grandchildren, twenty step grandchildren, sister Lois (Gary) Schammel and brother Wilbur (Betty) Hage of Lakefield, MN.

He is preceded in death by his parents Albert and Helen, sisters Doris and Ruby, brothers Lorvin and Wilmer and grandson Drujak. A memorial mass will be held at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Austin, MN on February 2, 2019 at 11 am.
