Leo Lon Palmatier passed away on October 28, 2018 at the age of 74. He was born in Los Angeles, CA in February 1944 to Leo Charles Palmatier and Fay (Palmatier) Morgan. He moved to the Central Coast at the age of 5 and lived in Arroyo Grande, CA with his loving wife of 55 years, Patricia (Barnett) Palmatier.

Leo graduated from Arroyo Grande High School in 1962. He was an electrician and a member of I.B.E.W Local 639 for 29 years and retired in 2003. He enjoyed traveling with his wife to west coast mountains and beaches, fishing trips with his buddies, barbequing and camping with his wife and a very special group of lifelong friends.

But his greatest joy was spending time with his family, leaving them all with precious memories. He is survived by his wife Patti; his daughters, Shelley (Jim) Wysong, Dee Ann Mann and Kristie (Mike) Ruane; six grandchildren, Jennifer (Clovus) Gorman, Jason (Rachel) Wysong, Tyler Mann, Trevor Mann, Shealyn Ruane and Landen Ruane; three great-grandchildren, Colton Gorman, Caitlyn Gorman and Calvin Wysong; Sister, Ellen (Jim) Blowers; niece, Karen (Paul) DeLorenzo and many great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Leo Palmatier; mother, Fay Morgan; step father, Herbert Morgan; nephew, Randy Steck; and niece Lynette Steck.

At his request, no service will be held.
