Obituary of Leo Burrows Leo Charles Burrows, 77, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at his home. Born on December 21, 1941, in Clarendon County, he was a son of the late William Walker Burrows and the late Travis Roberta Gibbons Burrows Allen. Mr. Burrows was a United States Navy veteran and attended Georgetown Church of God.

He enjoyed spending time outdoors and loved to hunt and fish. Survivors include four children, Raymond Burrows, William Burrows, Cindy Gause (Claude) and Steve Burrows (Darlene) all of Kingstree; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one sister; BJ Flake of Columbia; seven bothers, Jerry Burrows (Ann) of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Jackie Burrows of Gaston, Wallace Burrows of Hopkins, Larry Burrows (Myra) of Hopkins, Robbie Burrows (Debbie) of Lexington, Roger Burrows (Pam) of Gaston, Eric Burrows (Nancy) of Gaston; numerous nieces and nephews; and the love of his life, Carol McGee of Lexington. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Cheryl Burrows; two sisters, Marie Ingram Harless and Theresa Ham; one brother, Joe “Red” Burrows.

A graveside service will be held at 12 Noon Friday, December 14, 2018 in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Ct. Glen Allen, VA 23060 The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to two very special friends, Deni Kelly and Judy Kelly, for always looking out for Mr. Burrows.
