Angier, NC: Mrs. Leola Williams Dykes, age 86, of 166 Langdon Road died Monday at Betsy Johnson Hospital in Dunn. Funeral services will be held 2:00PM Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Rose and Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Coats. Rev.

Curtiss Tatum will officiate. Burial will follow in Lakeside Memorial Gardens in Angier. Mrs. Dykes was born on March 23, 1932 in Harnett County to the late John and Bertha Carter Williams.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Willis Dykes; and a son, Gary Dykes. Mrs. Dykes was a homemaker and a member of Kennebec Baptist Church. Survivors include her children, Wayne Dykes and Vickie D. Denton both of Angier; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother, Connie Williams and wife, Ferebee of Henderson; sisters, Inez Krause and John of Winston-Salem, Patty Godwin and husband, Don of Benson; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 1:00PM to 1:45PM prior to the service at Rose & Graham Funeral Home and other times at the home. Arrangements by Rose & Graham Funeral Home of Coats.
