Obituary for Leona Caroline Kirchner Age 88, of Es, IL passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2018 at her home. Born on August 5, 1930 in Es, IL to the late Henry and Margaret (nee Rodgers) Baade. Retired from Personal Products in Wilmington, IL after over 20 years of employment.

She loved crocheting, reading, puzzles and farm animals. Surviving are her sons, Glenn Kirchner Jr. of Es, IL, Matthew (Lexine) Kirchner of Campus, IL, Henry (JoAnn) Kirchner of Bonfield, IL and Martin (Kris) Kirchner of Es, IL; daughter, Carmen (Emil) Zalud of Es, IL, son in law, Harvey Mills of Limestone, IL; 16 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Preceding her in death was her husband, Glenn Kirchner; daughter, Angela Mills; and daughter in law, Carolyn Kirchner.

Memorial Visitation will be on Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 9 am to 11 am at R.W. Patterson Funeral Home & Crematory in Braidwood. Interment will follow at North Cemetery in Es, IL. For more information find us on Facebook.
