Leona L. Smith age 85 of Moon Twp. Passed away at her home Feb. 9, 2019.

She was born in Sewickley Jan. 21, 1934 to the late Laura Dickinson and Wayne Thompson Sr. Leona was a bookkeeper at the former C&M Motors in Coraopolis, a 70-year member of Mooncrest Baptist Church, AARP, Red Hat Society and the Eastern Star. She is survived by 2 sons; Parker (Janet) A. Smith Jr of Coraopolis, Wayne (Carolyn) A. Smith of Deltona FL, her sisters; Mary Kabana of Coraopolis, also a sister in law; Pat Thompson;, 5 grandchildren; Jason & Heather, Parker Smith III, Taylor W. Smith and Cooper Smith.

Along with her parents she was predeceased by her husband; Parker A. Smith Sr. in 2012 and a brother Wayne Thompson Jr in 2005 and a sister Virginia Clark in 2017. Friends will be received Wed, 2-4 & 6-8PM at the Copeland Moon Twp. Funeral home 981, Brodhead Rd.
