Leone F. Thornberg, age 75, of Alvordton, OH died unexpectedly on January 16, 2019 at the Toledo Hospital. She was born July 3, 1943 in Portland, Maine to Leon and Muriel (Checkley) Tate. Leone married Carl Thornberg on September 25, 1965 until his passing in 1992.

She was a very kind, generous, caring, and thoughtful person who had a strong faith and heart of forgiveness. Her happiness in life was spending time with her family. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, puzzles and playing Yahtzee.
