LeRoy Moore November 15, 1936 – March 07, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Send Private Condolences LeRoy J. Moore, age 82 passed away on Thursday March 7, 2019. He was born on November 15, 1936 in Rockford, IL to Clifford and Anna (Snyder) Moore. He married Sandra Miller on February 16, 1962 in Kent, IL.

He was a lifelong farmer in the rural Orangeville area. LeRoy also delivered newspapers for the Freeport Journal Standard and the Rockford Register Star. He is survived by his children; Sheila (Virgil Meighan) Moore of Monroe, WI, LeWayne (Heidi) Moore of McConnell.

Grandchildren; Xena, Crystal and Amber Meighan, Brandon and Justin Moore. 2 step-grandchildren; Ashley and Zachary Maaske and many nieces and nephews. Sisters; Dorothy Kauffman of Ridott, Josephine Lizer of Pecatonica and Karen (Ron) Nolan of Pecatonica.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and siblings; George Moore, Julie Fullerton and Gloria Pettenger. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday March 12, 2019 at the Cramer-Leamon Funeral Home in Orangeville. Visitation will be from 5:00 till 7:00 PM on Monday March 11, 2019 at the Cramer-Leamon Funeral Home.

Interment will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. A memorial has been established in his name.
