She went above and beyond to take care of her family. Her children were her heart and soul. She always ensured that her children were always cared for whether it was a home-cooked meal when they got home from school or just being there for them when they needed her.

Leticha leaves behind her husband, Jesus Escalante; her children Jordan Escalante and the twins, Angelina and Angelica Escalante. She also leaves a sister Stephanie Balboa and her brothers, Manuel Balboa and Armando Balboa.
