Librada Butay Batacan, age 86, passed away on March 19, 2019 at her residence in Waipahu Hawaii. She was born on August 1932 in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by son Silvano “Buddy” (Gina) Batacan; daughters Anastacia (Christino) Bumanglag and Julie (Constante) Ulep; four grandchildren, Sheila (Joey) Campos, Jeffrey (Melyn) Ancheta, Aldric Ulep and Kelli Ann Ulep, and five great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by husband Victor; daughter Marisa (Benito) Ancheta, son Ernesto, and sisters, Marcela Rivera and Catalina Marcos. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at Valley of the Temples Mortuary Chapel. Mass Service 11:00 a.m. Burial: 12:00 pm at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
