Lillian Holmes, 78, of Toms River, NJ passed away on February 18, 2019. She was born on January 24, 1941 in Nyack, NY to Harry S. and Mildred Thompson. She was employed as a Foster Care Provider by BH Gouagers, Fair Lawn, NJ for many years.

Lillian was a member of Emanuel Baptist Church in Tinton Falls. Lillian is predeceased by her son, Troy Thompson (Rhonda); and granddaughter, Angie Johnson. She is survived by her children, Edward Thompson (Tina) of Fort Worth, TX, Deena Whitaker of Fort Worth, TX, Charlene Thompson of Florida, Clarice Thompson of Paterson, NJ, Keonard Chaney of Ocean County, NJ, Andrew Johnson of Florida, Scott Chaney and Precious Holmes of Texas; 20 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 2 great great children.
