OBITUARY Linda Brown Linda Marie Raibourn Brown was welcomed into the loving arms of her Savior on September 7, 2018. She passed away in her home, surrounded by her family, at the age of 65. Linda was born February 1, 1953 to Raymond M. Raibourn and Ethel Ruth Alexander in Houston, TX.

She spent the majority of her adult life living in Conroe, TX with her husband and five children. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother-in-law AH Brown, her grandson William Brown and her granddaughter Corlyn M. Brown. She is survived by her husband John Clayton Brown, her children Paul J. Brown III & wife Kristi Brown, Tracy Immegart & husband Ryan Immegart, Raymond Chance Brown, John Ashton Brown & wife Randi Brown and Austin Brown, Grandchildren Sierra & Chloe Brown, Ethan & Noah Immegart, Corbyn Brown & Ashtin Brown, brother Raymond L. Raibourn & wife Sally Raibourn, Sister-in-laws Patti Brown and Pat Konetzke, Uncles Howard Alexander and Lawson Daniel & wife Betty Daniel as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Linda was a stay at home Mom for many years. She went back to work in the late 90’s and spent several years working at DHL airways in the accounts receivable department. She received her Associate’s Degree from Montgomery Community College in 2003.

In 2006 she began working at Regent Care overseeing medical records. During the last several years of her life she provided home health care for the elderly. She had a strong work ethic and enjoyed working, but she especially loved the people she worked with.

Always an advocate for children, Linda also spent time working in the S.A.M’s program providing supervised visitation for children in unstable family situations. Linda was the heart of her family. Her love and devotion to family and friends will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Thursday, September 13th at American Heritage Funeral Home at 10710 Veterans Memorial Dr., Houston, TX 77038. The funeral services will be held at American Heritage on Friday, September 14th at 8:30am. Graveside service will follow at 9:45am at Houston Nation Cemetery at 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr., Houston, TX 77038.

Pastor Danny Wendt will be officiating.
