LInda’s Obituary Memorial services for Linda Kaye Davis, 72, of Ada will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Lakeside Church of God, 4400 E. Alameda, Norman, OK. Mrs. Davis died Friday, April 26, 2019 at a Purcell hospital. She was born August 31, 1946 in Ada to Leo and Laura Mae Spear Martin.

She attended Latta School. She married Donald Dewain Davis March 29, 1963 in Ada. Mrs. Davis received her Bachelor’s Degree from East Central University and was employed as an ECU Library Circulation Supervisor.

She was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her husband Don, of the home; two daughters, LaDonna Halverson of Ada and Laurie Truelove and husband Joel of Tahoka, TX; a son, Gene Davis and wife Kelli of Norman; eight grandchildren, Taylor Davis and wife Hilary of Norman, Jessica Halverson of New York, NY, Amanda Garcia and husband Mike of New Home, TX, A’Leesha Truelove of Tigard, OR, Mariah Halverson of Midwest City, Brooke Watts and husband Barrett of Palestine, TX, Kayla Halverson of Ada and Joshua Davis of Norman; nine great-grandchildren, cousins and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, James Martin.
