Linda O’Brien Henderson, TN Mrs. Linda Joyce Edgin O’Brien age 73 of Henderson, passed away Friday, February 15, 2019 in Jackson Madison County General Hospital after a battle with cancer. She was born September 7, 1945 in Humphreys County to the late Walter D. Edgin and Lois Catherine Gordon Edgin. Mrs. Edgin was an active church member at the Cross of Christ Church in Bethel Springs.

Mrs. O’Brien loved serving the Lord. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Elliot O’Brien and a sister June Crossno. Survivors include her son, Rodney Hopper of Brunswick, GA; siblings, Phyllis (Larry) Skinner of Deanburg, Brenda (Glenn) Crowe of Reagan, Kay Thompson and Jan Denbow both of Jackson, Bubba (Terri) Edgin of Henderson and Michael Edgin of Reagan.

Other survivors include several nieces and nephews. Graveside services to celebrate the life of Mrs. O’Brien will be conducted Sunday, February 17, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Chester County Memory Gardens with burial to follow. A memorial service will be immediately following at the Cross of Christ Church.
