Obituary for Linda Kay Sims Linda Kay (Barton) Sims was born on July 17, 1973 in Ardmore, OK to William Thomas and Janet Carol (Wilkins) Barton. Linda passed away on November 11, 2018 at her home at the age of 45. Linda attended Davis, OK public school and later graduated from Pagosa Spring high school in Pagosa Springs, CO.

in 1992 and continued her education at OSU Institute of Technology in Okmulgee, OK. Linda is survived by her mother, Janet Barton; children, William Codus “Cody” Barton, Johnny Layne St. John and Charles “Bronc” Sims and wife Megan; sister, Carol Emmett and husband Paul; grandchildren, Jaxson, Jesse and Jordan Barton, Chad Lee and Rylan Sims and Anthony St. John; and niece and nephew, Thomas Martin and Delana Martin. Linda was preceded in death by her father, William Thomas Barton; husband, Chad Alan Sims and niece, Grace Emmalea Martin.
