Linda Paulette “Lin” (Workman) Moxley Memorial services for Linda Paulette “Lin” Moxley will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at the Immanuel Baptist Church with David McLain officiating. A private family interment to be held at a later date. Lin Moxley, age 73, of Skiatook, passed away Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at the St. John Medical Center in Tulsa.

Lin was born March 21, 1945 in Stockton, California to Paul and Ruby (Stringer) Workman. Lin grew up and received her education in Stockton, California graduating in 1963 from Franklin High School. Lin also attended Delta College in Stockton.

Lin married Bobby Joe Moxley on April 6, 1974 in Stockton, California making their home in Stockton, Pollock Pines, California, Alabama, moving to Oklahoma in 2002 and moved to Skiatook in 2016. Lin worked in Home Health and was a homemaker. Lin liked to crochet, cooking, playing board games and playing Yahtzee and Scrabble.

Lin was preceded in death by her mother and father and by one sister. Lin is survived by her husband of 44 years, three children: Shannon Hovorka, David McLain and Cheryll Moxley, sisters: Jackie Arnold, Nancy Mixon and Mattie Clark, brother: Bill Workman, six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren with one on the way, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. The family of Lin Moxley entrusted her care and services to the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home.
